Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member") and rp66a ("the Company"). 2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account, place any bet, or participate in any game offered on the rp66a platform. By registering, you expressly represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. rp66a enforces this requirement at the KYC verification stage; any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and deposits returned to the originating payment method.
2.2 Residency. The rp66a platform is intended for use by residents of Indonesia. You must be located in a jurisdiction in which accessing and using an online gambling platform is not prohibited by applicable local law. 3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). rp66a reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. Required documents typically include:
3.4 Accuracy of Information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balances held, with the exception of verifiable real-money deposits that have not been subject to a promotion.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method; current minimums are displayed in the cashier section of your Account dashboard. rp66a does not charge transaction fees on deposits; any fee levied by your bank or e-wallet provider is your own responsibility.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted during WIB business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB) are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) hours. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available processing window. rp66a reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly where the requested amount exceeds Rp 10.000.000 or where unusual activity has been detected on the Account.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
4.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more is considered dormant. rp66a reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 per month to dormant Accounts. Members will be notified via email prior to the application of any dormancy fee. Accounts with a zero balance following the dormancy period may be closed at the Company's discretion.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits ("Bonus Funds") offered by rp66a are subject to these general terms and to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion's landing page. Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type:
5.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in the relevant promotion. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period, any remaining Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically.
5.4 Abuse of Promotions. rp66a reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim Bonus Funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member or group of Members has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements, or exploiting an error in the platform's promotional logic. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are final and binding.
5.5 rp66a's Right to Modify. The Company reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Members who have already opted into a promotion will not have their existing entitlement retrospectively altered to their material detriment.
6.1 Game Integrity. 7.3 Self-Exclusion. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rp66a platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of outstanding balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

10.2 Data Security. rp66a implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect Member data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data in transit is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption.
10.3 Third-Party Sharing. rp66a does not sell Member personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, game studios, and regulatory or law-enforcement authorities strictly as required to operate the Platform lawfully and to comply with applicable obligations.
11.1 Exclusion of Warranties. The rp66a platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 11.2 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, rp66a's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Excluded Losses. In no event shall rp66a be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits or revenue; (c) loss of data or corruption of data; (d) losses arising from your reliance on any third-party payment provider, internet service provider, or telecommunications network. This exclusion applies even if rp66a has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
11.4 Force Majeure. rp66a shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, cyberattacks, regulatory interventions, or failures of third-party infrastructure.
12.1 Closure by Member. You may request closure of your rp66a Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (net of applicable Bonus Fund conditions) will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) WIB business days, subject to KYC clearance.
12.2 Closure by rp66a. rp66a reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, without prior notice, where:
12.3 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with applicable game and sportsbook rules. Any Bonus Funds credited to the Account are forfeited at the point of closure. Real-money balances subject to an active investigation may be held pending the outcome of that investigation.
13.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rp66a holds its international gaming licence. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitral body. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action proceeding against rp66a.
13.3 Language. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
14.1 Right to Amend. rp66a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Members via the email address registered to their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or regulatory authority.
14.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the rp66a platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.
14.3 Version History. The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Prior versions are available upon request from the rp66a support team.
